Carrier Partners: Australia Post, Sendle, and leading courier services.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking details once shipped.
2. Shipping Times
We currently ship across Australia. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: up to 10 business days
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rates. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be applied automatically.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received your parcel after the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@sofreshwettowels.com.au with your order number.
5. Delays and Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect address details. However, we will assist you in lodging courier investigations if a parcel is lost.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within Australia. International orders will be added in the future.
