1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging; or

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.

 


 

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and packaging completely untampered.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

  • Once we inspect and approve the return, a refund (minus original shipping) will be issued.

We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items for hygiene reasons.

 


 




3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@sofreshwettowels.com.au

  • Include your order number, description, and clear photos.

Once verified, we’ll:

  • Issue a full refund including shipping, or

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost.

 


 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used packs

  • Promotional or sample products

  • Items not purchased directly from our website
